Ingredients:
Poha/Beaten Rice - 1 Cup
Milk - 4 Cups
Sugar - tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Few strands of Saffron
Almonds 10
Cashew nuts- 10
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
Soak Almonds and Peel the skin and grind into a paste using Milk.Heat little Ghee and fry Cashew nuts and keep aside.Again heat little Ghee in a pan and fry Poha.Add Milk to it and let it come to a boil.add Almond paste,Sugar,Cardamom Powder and Saffron.Mix well and cook till poha gets soft.Add Cashew nuts and remove to a serving dish and serve with few saffron strands on top.
