Spicy Curd Rice

Curd rice is one of the most popular dish in South India.In summer this dish is really a divine.

Ingredients:


Rice 1 Cup
Curd - 3 Cups
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Mustard - 1/4 Tsp
Urad Dhal - 1 Tsp
Channa Dhal - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - Tsp
Green Chili - 2
Ginger - 1 Piece
Oil
Salt




Method:

Finely Chop ginger,green chillies and curry leaves.Add milk and curd to rice and mix well.fry mustard in oil, when it splutters add urad dhal and channa dhal.Add chopped ginger,green chillies and curry leaves to the kadai and fry.Add this to curd rice and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
