Fried Almonds / Badam

Ingredients:

Whole almonds - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 4
Curry leaves - 5 Springs
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
In a pan dry roast the almonds until lightly browned.Remove to a plate and keep aside.Heat the oil in a kadai.Add crushed garlic and chopped curry leaves and fry on low heat until crisp.Add chili powder and saute well.then add roasted almonds.Then transfer to a bowl and add enough salt Toss well before serving.
