Puffed Rice Ladoo


Puffed Rice Ladoo is generally called as Pori orundai in tamil.It tastes yummy and crispy.This one is kids Favourice one...

Ingredients:

Puffed rice - 2 cups
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Water - 2tbsp

Method:


Boil jaggery with water and cardamom powder in a pan on medium heat.Cook until it reaches one thread consistency.Add puffed rice and mix well.Remove from heat and mix well until the rice is fully coated with the jaggery.Rub the palms slightly with ghee and make balls immediately.
