Ragi vermicelli puttu




Ingredients:


Ragi vermicelli – 100gms
Sugar - 4 tsp
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
Elachi powder – 1 tsp


Method:


Soak ragi vermicelli in water for 2 minutes.Don’t soak more than 2 mins it will become soggy.Drain the water and steam the vermicelli in idly cooker.Then take the vermicelli in a bowl and add sugar,coconut and elachi.Mix it well and serve this yummy puttu as breakfast or it goes well as evening snack too.
