Coconut chutney

Grated coconut - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
salt to taste

For The Tempering:

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 1
Curry leaves - 1 stem
Oil - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tbsp


Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger and salt in a Mixie with a little water and grind to make a fine paste.

Prepare the tempering by heating the oil add mustard seeds,urad dhal,broken red chilli pieces and curry leaves. Pour this tempering over the chutney and mix well.Serve with Hot sizzling Idlis or dosa's...
