Ramzan special Gujarathi dish Kadhi.

curd - 2 cups
Besan - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chilly paste - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 1 stem
coriander leaves
ghee - 1 tbsp


Mix curd,water and besan without lumps.
Heat Ghee, add cumin seeds, fenugreek and add the buttermilk mixture and mix well.Now add the curry leaves, salt, coriander leaves, chilly and ginger paste.Bring it to a boil.yummy kadhi is ready to taste.happy Ramzan.
