Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:

Powdered Oats - 1 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Yoghurt / fresh curd - 1 Cup
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch


Method:


In a Deep pan boil oats with water and salt.when its cooked remove from heat and cool.then stir in yoghurt and ginger pieces and serve chill...
