Sweet Bonda


Raw rice - 2 cups
Urad dhall - 1/2 cup
Besan - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
Jaggery - 3 cups
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Elachi - 1/4 tsp

Soak raw rice for 2 hours in water.soak urad dhal,fenugreek seeds and besan with water in another bowl seperately for 2 hours.then drain the water and grind the rice, dhal,jaggery,coconut into smooth should be like dosa batter. now heat oil in a kadai.pour a laddle full in the kadai and deep fry.serve hot...
