Spinach Kenalani / Kenalani Flouroscent

Palak - 1 cup
Oil - 1 Tsp
butter - 1 Tbsp
Chopped green chilli - 1
Chopped ginger - 1 Tsp
Chopped onion - 1
salt to taste

For white Sauce:

butter - 1 Tbsp
maida - 1/4 cup
milk - 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Pepper - 1 Tsp
basil leaves - 1 Tsp
oregano - 1 Tsp
cheese - 1 small cube

For the Batter:

maida - 1/2 cup
water 1/4 cup
milk - 1/4 cup
salt to taste


blanch palak and make puree in a mixier and keep aside.
Heat Oil,then add butter,green chilli,ginger and saute well,then add onion and fry.then stir in palak puree and salt and cook for a remove this from flame and keep aside.

now take another pan and heat butter and add maida and milk and keep stirring without any lumps.then add salt and pepper,basil leaves,oregano and then finally grate a cheese and remove the white sauce from flame and keep aside.

Now take a bowl add maida,water,milk and salt and mix well to make a fine batter.
now make dosa on a tawa with this batter.Take this dosa in a serving plate.fill it with palak curry in the middle and roll top it with white sauce.Garnish with tomato ketch up and sprinkle basil and oregano.Then finally grate some cheese on top for extra flavour.Tasty Kenalani is ready to spice up your taste buds.
