Vegetable patti

Ingredients :

chopped carrots - 50g
chopped Beans - 50g
Boiled potatoes - 100 g
Lemon - 1/2
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Oil - 25g
Salt to taste

Method :

Boil chopped carrots and beans in a bowl with a glass of water.Add these vegetables to the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.Mix well and divide into four balls.Sprinkle maida to the balls and press to round patti with your palms. Heat oil and shallow fry the patti on both sides till brown.serve hot with ketch up or you can stuff it in a burger with veggies and serve.
