Paneer Cutlet

Ingredients:
Grated Paneer - 1/2 cup
Bread - 4 slices
Boiled potato - 1
capsicum - 1
onion - 1
Green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Cornflour - 2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 5 tbsp
Maida - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Mix Maida,cornflour and salt with water to make a thick batter.Dip bread in water and squeeze out the water and crush the bread in a bowl.then add the boiled potato,chopped capsicum,grated paneer,chopped onion,chopped green chillies,salt,chopped coriander leaves mix well and make a small cutlet.dip in the cornflour batter and roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry on a skillet.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
