Rawa Adai

This recipe is a very simple and time consuming recipe which can be made with left over rice i used freshly cooked rice.

Ingredients: -
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Sooji / rawa - 3 tbsp
shallots -5
Green chilli - 2
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Mix all the above ingredients except oil.heat a sauce pan with little oil and shallow fry the adai and serve with Patcha kulambu
