Pumpkin tofu

Ingredients:
Pumpkin cubes - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Cashew - 15
Kismis - 15

Method:
Fry cashews and kismis in a teaspoon of ghee and keep aside.Boil milk and stir in pumpkin cubes and let it cook till soft.then stir in sugar when melts add jaggery and let it melt.then stir in ghee and Elachi and cook well.when it comes off like halwa,dish out into a serving bowl and garnish with dry nuts and taste...
