Gummadi attu

Hi friends,today iam gonna introduce a a special dish called a gummadi attu...Yeah...many of you guessed it right.yup it a Dosa variety from a south indian Kitchen.South Indian???now i can see you raising your eyebrows.Yeah...Its a Andhra pradesh dish exclusively from prabha's kitchen for all of you...

'Gummadi' means 'pumpkin' and 'Attu' means 'dosa' in telugu...so Its pumpkin Dosa...Sounds different na???Ofcourse it tastes yummy so come lets start preparing....

Ingredients:-
Grated pumpkin - 1 cup
urad dhal - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1 tsp
hing - 1 pinch
Green chillies - 4
cummin seeds - tsp
oil for frying
salt to taste

Method:-
Grind green chillies,hing,jeera and salt.soak urad dhal overnight and grind into fine paste.Grate pumkin and add turmeric and take this mixture in a cloth and tie a knot and leave it overnight so that the water will drip off.now take the grated pumpkin,urad dhal batter,chilli paste and mix well.heat a sauce pan and make little dosas and shallow fry and serve hot...
