Tapioca sweet balls

Tapioca  is called as maravalli kizhangu in Tamil.A sweet snack made out of tapioca to relish with a Evening Tea.
Mashed Tapioca / maravalli kizhangu - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Sooji/Rawa - 2 Tbsp
Rice flour - 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Roast Rawa and soak in water for an hour and drain water and keep aside.Cook Tapioca in cooker with water and salt.meanwhile,take a bowl,add maida,rice flour,soaked Rawa,salt and water,mix this well into a fine batter and keep aside.Now take cooked Tapioca and mash,then add coconut,sugar,cardamom powder and mix well.then make small balls and dip in maida batter and deep fry in oil and taste....
