Carrot Soup

Carrots - 3 cups
Tomatoes - 2
Milk - 5 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Black pepper a pinch
Butter - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

Boil tomatoes and blanch them in the water to remove the skin and deseed them.Cook carrot till soft and blend with garlic and tomatoes.then strain the pulp.Then take a heavy bottomed vessel and melt the butter and add blended mixture.let it cook and add milk,garam masala and cook for sometime.take it off the stove and add salt and pepper and serve hot.
