Cashewnut chutnet

This chutney is another Favourite chutney that i prefer to have with hot and crispy dosas...
Roasted Cashew nuts - 1 cup
Red chillies - 3
Salt to taste
Tamarind - 1 Tbs
Mustard - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 1 tbsp

Grind peanuts,salt,red chillies and tamarind into fine paste.then dilute with enough water.Temper mustard and curry leaves in oil and stir in to the peanut paste and serve with Idlies or dosa....
