Bananas - 1
maple syrup - 5 Tbsp
Rosemary - 1 Sprig
Butter - 1 Tsp
Chopped walnuts - 7
Ice cream - 2 Scoops
Roast walnuts in a pan and keep aside.take bananas and peel off the skin and cut it lengthwise and Saute the bananas in a skillet,adding maple syrup and rosemary sprigs. Bring the syrup to boil, then cook for about 1 minute. Turn over the bananas and cook another minute more till
the bananas turn soft.Remove the bananas from the pan and keep aside.let the syrup boil for a minute until it thickens, then stir in butter until it melts.then remove the rosemary sprigs and discard.
Now Take a bowl and place a scoop of ice cream.Top with bananas and pour the syrup and place another scoop of ice cream on top.Garnish with walnuts and serve cool.
