Ingredients :
Sprouted moong beans - 2 cups
Onion - 1/2 finely chopped
Tomato - 1/2 finely chopped
Carrot - 1/2 Grated
Raw Mango - 1/4 Grated
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
Green chili paste - 1 tsp
chat masala - 1 tsp
sev - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Method:
Pound the peanuts and Mix all the ingredients and Serve.
