Til Rice


Black sesame - 5tbsp
Rice - 1 cup
Red chillies - 6
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Salt  to taste
Oil as required
Mustard - 3/4 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig


Take cooked rice,add salt and sesame oil in a bowl and give gentle stir.Then in a pan roast 1 tsp urad dal and red chillies in a tsp of oil then stir in sesame seeds and roast until it stops popping then cool and grind to a coarse powder and keep aside. then in the same pan temper mustard in a spoon of oil along with urad dhal,and curry leaves. Now add the tempered ingredients and powdered ingredients to the rice and mix gently and taste the hot sizzling rice with and fries or fryums...It will be Divine
