Carrot halwa / Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients:
• Grated carrot - 2 cups
• Milk - 2 cups
• Butter - 3 tbsp
• Sugar - 1/4 cup
• cova - 1/4 cup
• cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
• cashew nuts - 1 tsp

Method:

Melt the butter in a pan,add the grated carrots and fry till the Carrots becomes tender and slightly changes in color.Add the milk and cook until the milk dries.Next add the sugar,cova and cardamom powder and fry until the halwa starts to leave the side of frying pan.Garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve.
