Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Peanuts / Groundnuts - 1/2 Cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 3 Tbsp
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 Tsp
Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat a pan.Then add oil and fry peanuts,now add salt and keep frying.then add coriander leaves,chilli flakes and saute.Then add rice and mix together.Then add pepper powder and remove from stove and serve.
