Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 1 Cup
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1
Chopped bell pepper - 1/2
Chopped onion - 1
Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
oil for frying
Method:In a bowl mix grated carrot,bell pepper,onion,salt,chilli powder,rice flour,cooked rice,oil and mix well and make round shape patties.dip in bread crumbs and shallow fry on a Tawa.Serve hot with Tomato Sauce...
