Instant Choco Mousse
Happy New Year to all my Sweet readers! I wish you all good fortune in the wonderful year ahead.Lets Welcome this New Year with a delicacy without much toiling in the kitchen.Ingredients:
Marshmallows - 1/2 cup
Dark chocolate - 1/2 cup
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Vennila essence - 4 drops
Method:
In a Pan heat marshmallows,chocolate,fresh cream and add little water and stir till it melts completely.Then beat remaining cream and essence in bowl and stir in to the boiling mixture.then remove from fire and pour into serving glasses and refridgerate.
Serve chill...
