Ingredients:
Raw Papaya - 1 cup (Grated)
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Kova / Koya - 2 Tbsp
Cashews - 3 Tbsp
Raisins - 2 Tbsp
Method:
Cook grated raw papaya and keep aside.now boil milk in a pan stir in cooked papaya and cook for few minutes,then stir in kova,sugar and stir well.then add little milk.stir in ghee.when the mixture comes together,Garnish with fried nuts and serve.
