Sago bonda is a simple and tasty Tea time snack.this can be
made with a left over dosa batter also.
Ingredients:
Dosa Batter - 2 cup
Sago - 1 cup
Green chillies - 4
Rice flour - 4 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 strig
Coriander leaves – 1 strig
Salt - for taste
Oil for deep fry
Mustard – 1 tsp
Method:
Soak sago in water for 2 to 3 hours.Now take a bowl of dosa batter
and add sago,rice flour,finely chopped curry leaves,finely chopped green
chillies,salt and coriander leaves to it and mix the thick batter.temper mustard
seeds in a spoon of oil and add it to the batter.Then drop small balls of the batter into the oil
and deep fry it.Serve hot sago bondas with a tomato ketch up or with coconut chutney.
