Coconut mysore pak

Ingredients:
Milk - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
ghee - 4 tbsp
cashews - 5 tsp
cardaamom - 2 pods

Method:
Boil milk in a pan and shimmer it stir in sugar when it melts add coconut and cook.when it comes together stir in ghee and cardamom.grease a plate with ghee and pour in the coconut mixture.cool and cut into squares and garnish with cashews and taste...
