crunchy cheese

A crunchy and healthy snack for a lazy evening.
Ingredients:

Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
Besan flour - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
cooking soda - a pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Spicy Boondi - 1/2 cup
Oil for deep fry


Method:

Chop cheddar cheese into fingers and keep aside.Now mix Besan flour,salt,cooking soda,turmeric,chilli powder,water and mix well.then dip paneer in this mixture and roll in boondi.then heat oil in a wok and deep fry.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot....
