Aaloo bhujia

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2
chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Method:
Boil and peel the potatoes and then grate potatoes on a plastic sheet and sun dry.Store when dried completely.Deep fry in hot oil.and drain in a kitchen towel and Sprinkle salt, chilli powder,chaat masala and amchur powder over the fried sev and toss well to get the spices coat well.Serve as a snack with tea.
