Tapioca generally known as yucca root,cassava and few other familiar names are kappa,maravalli kizhangu etc...
Ingredients:
Tapioca - 1/4 kg
Chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash Tapioca in water and Boil with little salt in water.when it cooks soft.remove from stove and cool.peel the skin from the tapioca rootsthen chop it into thin slices using a slicer and sun dry for two days.when its dried crisp.heat oil in a pan and deep fry.transfer to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.then transfer into a bowl sprinkle salt and chilly powder and give a nice stir and enjoy the crispy chips
