Ingredients:
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Method:
Mix mango pulp and sugar.Then cook on medium heat.Keep stirring continuously till the jam is thick.
take a spoon of jam and drop in a plate of water.if the jam deposits in water then the jam is ready.immediately store in a glass jar and taste...
