Ingredients:
Grated Beetroot - 1 cup
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Bay leaf - 1
Dry red chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cooked rice - cup
Method:
Heat oil in a pan,add cloves,cardamom,cinnamon,bay leaf,dry red chillies,curry leaves and beetroot and saute well till the raw smell vanishes.then add cooked rice and sprinkle salt and mix well.then serve hot with tomato sauce.
