Bell pepper Rice is well known as capsicum rice.kids love this dish so much as it looks colourful.
Ingredients: Green bell Pepper - 1 Red bell Pepper - 1 yellow bell Pepper - 1 Rice - 1 cup Curry leaves - few Urad dal - 1 tsp Channa dal - 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Method: Deseed and Chop bell peppers into cubes.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when it splutters, add urad dal and channa dal. Add the curry leaves and fry for a while and then add the bell pepper and saute well.then add turmeric powder and salt. then add the cooked rice. Mix well & Serve.
