Apple Jam


* Apple pulp - 1 Cup
* Sugar - 1 Cup
* Lemon juice - 2 Tsp or 1/2 teaspoon Citric acid


Peel and cut the apples into slices and grind in a mixie.
cook the pulp in low flame till soft.add sugar and lemon juice or citric acid and stir on a low flame until jam sets when tested.Cool a little and pour into sterilised jars and Store.
