Chocolate Pudding


whole milk - 2 cups
heavy cream - 40 ml
grated dark chocolate - 50 g
rice flour - 1 tbsp
cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
corn starch - 1 tbsp
vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1/2 cup


Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and rice flour in a saucepan.Place over medium heat,and stir in milk.Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly, until pudding thickens.add in the chocolate and heavy cream.After the right consistency like pudding,turn the heat off and add vanilla and whisk until well blended.Pour into dessert dishes.then refrigerate until serving.
