Drumstick Payasam


Drumstick - 1 cup
Milk - 2 Cups
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Cashews - 4 Tbsp

Soak rice for 3 hours and grind with grated coconut and keep aside.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry drumstick and pour milk and cook.Then add jaggery and stir till it melts then add grounded rice paste and cook.Finally Garnish with Elachi and nuts and serve...
