Palada pradhaman

Wishing you all happy Onam...here is a special dessert to tickle your taste buds...

Ingredients

Rice ada - 1/4 cup
milk - 3 cups
sugar - 1/4 cup
Crushed cardamoms - 3
Cashews - 15

Method:
Cook rice ada in water until they becomes tender.Drain and keep aside.Now mix this cooked ada with 2 cups of milk and bring it to a boil.Keep stirring to simmer the milk to half.Then stir in sugar and stir to desolve.now add remaining milk and bring it to a boil.Garnish with cardamam powder and nuts.Serve hot and enjoy.
