Ingredients:
Kabuli Channa - 1 cup
mustard - 1 Tsp
Cummin seeds - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaf - 1 sprig
Oil - 1 Tsp
Chaat masala - 1 Tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Method:
Soak channa overnight in water.then cook channa in cooker for one whistle.heat oil in a pan and temper mustard,cummin seeds,red chilli,curry leaves and transfer this to channa and mix well to coat.then sprinkle chaat masala and serve....
