Tastiest Del monte Corn |
Del monte corn - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Kova / Koya - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 5
Kismis - 1 tsp
Elachi powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Fry cashews and Kismis in a teaspoon of ghee and keep aside.Grind corn kernels and keep aside.In a wok heat milk and stir in corn paste,when milk shimmers into half quantity,stir in Kova,sugar and ghee and keep stirring.when it starts leaving the sides of the wok add Elachi powder.dish out into a serving bowl and garnish with dry nuts and serve....
