Ingredients:Rawa / semolina / sooji - 1 cup
curd - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1 Tsp
Lime juice - 1 Tsp
Palak paste - 1 Tsp
Mustard - 1/2 Tsp
Cashews - 5
Salt to taste
ghee - 1 Tsp
Method:In a bowl add rawa,curd,Baking soda,lime juice,salt and palak paste and mix well.Fry mustard and cashews in ghee and add to palak mix.Now keep this batter aside for 1 hour to ferment and then steam idlies in a idly mould and serve hot with coconut chutney.
