Ragi Idly
Ingredients:
Sprouted Ragi - 4 cups
urad dhal - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Grind ragi and urad dhall seperately then add salt and leave it to ferment for 12 hours.Then Steam cook in idly mould and serve hot with tomato chutney.
