Batla pottla

A very simple a tangy gujarathi snack.

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 2 tsp
Besan flour - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp

Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a thick batter.heat a sauce pan,stir in little oil.now pour little batter with ladle and spread like a small patties. shallow fry on both sides and serve.
