Candied Pecans



Ingredients:

Pecans - 1 cup unsalted
Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp


Method:

In a saucepan,combine pecans,sugar and little water over moderate heat. When the sugar begins to melt, stir continuously until the sugar crystallizes.cook and let the sugar turn brown slightly.stir continuously to coat the pecans evenly.Once pecans are a bit glossy and coated with syrup, sprinkle the salt and cinnamon over them Stir the pecans and let it cool completely.then serve
