Semiya idly


Semiya / vermicilli - 2 cups
curd - 1 cup
Chopped Green chillies - 3
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Mustard - 1/2 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp


Heat oil and temper mustard,add green chillies,ginger and fry well then add semiya and fry along with it.then remove from fire and stir in curd,salt and keep it aside for 10 minutes with a closed lid.Then pour this batter into idly moulds and cook.When its cooked,Serve hot with ginger chutney.
