Here comes another tasty sweet all the way from guessed it right...
Its Magaj,the sweetest of sweet.

Besan flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Kova - 1 cup
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Almond Slivers - 2 tbsp
Cashews - 3 tbsp


Heat a sauce pan with water add sugar and stir till it reaches one string consistency then remove from stove and keep aside.Mean while heat another pan,add ghee,roast almonds and cashews and keep aside,now stir in besan flour and saute in the remaining ghee.let the flour cook well,then stir in sugar syrup and Kova and mix well.keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the grease a plate with ghee and pour the besan mix.garnish with nuts and let it cool.cut into desired shapes and serve.
